Type in the address and the Bluebook’s Application Data Center solutions will auto populate on the application screen as many as sixty known property characteristics, (i.e. year built, bedrooms, bathrooms, square feet, roof type, siding, number or stories, flooring, foundation type, etc.).

Raw data can be provided in a variety of formats for bulk processing with InsureBASE. After processing, the results are returned and fed back into the insurer's database for use in internal applications such as policy-management applications or rating engines.
